Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos. After verification, AL SAADOUNI will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
